Daniel and his team really came thru for us on short notice with a quality repair! Recent wind and rain had damaged the roof of our Boone home. The local CPR team showed up on a Saturday morning with all tools and materials required to repair underlying plywood roofing and damaged shingles. They were courteous, professional and treated our home as their own. After completing the required repair, the team surveyed our roof and addressed other small issues that could prevent future problems. Definitely customer service that was above and beyond. We received damage from a hail storm which required our roof to be replaced. Campbells Precision Roofing were very professional from start to finish. Daniel and Jordan walked us through the claim process, and scheduled the job quickly.

Daniel dealt directly with adjuster and went up on the roof to convince adjuster to approve. The job only took only one day. Very meticulous cleanup. Everyone was courteous and polite. Not a lot of sales talk.

Not only did he give me an amazing price for an upgraded roof (same price as a basic roof from other companies), the results were amazing and resulted in a substantial increase in the selling price of my home. These guys were clean cut, professionals. There estimate was detailed and they interacted with my insurance agent to reduce my burden. They also kept me informed of their schedule, so I could plan accordingly. After reroofing my house, I was impressed with their clean up of old shingles, nails, shrubs and landscaping. If I had to give them any constructive criticism, it would be that they left their advertising sign in my yard too long after the work was complete. I had to move it when I mowed the lawn:)

A++! This season we needed a new roof on both our house and garage due to a storm. Daniel was here immediately upon contacting him. A quote was delivered during that appointment and he assisted in contacting my insurance company. He was prepared with the phone numbers and the adjustors name on hand of many companies. He returned to meet with the adjustor to walk through the job. Once details were arranged, a date was set for in less than one week and his team arrived on time and was finished as scheduled. The workers were professional, courteous and cleaned up before leaving. Daniel was right up on the roof with them as well. It was great to see a business owner working alongside his employees.
